This September 3rd through the 30th, select Simon Mills shopping centers will be the ultimate destination, where hundreds of styles and brands of footwear- for every age and every occasion- can be found at extraordinary savings. This multi-targeted promotion is geared toward every type and demographic of shoppers and can serve all retailers’ brands through this integrated mall-wide opportunity, supported by an extensive advertising and marketing campaign.

DIGITAL ADVERTISING EFFORTS WILL CONSIST OF:

  • Themed digital elements on center websites
  • Social media content e-blasts throughout the sales event
  • Influencer partnerships
  • Mobile promotions
  • Geo-targeted digital display ads
  • Retailer offers highlighted on center website portals and landing pages
  • Top-tier blogger engagements

PUBLIC RELATIONS EFFORTS FOR THE SALE EVENT WILL INCLUDE:

  • Media pitch boxes
  • On-air media segments featuring retailer footwear fashions
  • On-mall photo opportunities
  • Mills brand ambassadors distributing promotional sales collateral to include retailer offers and fall footwear fashion tips
  • Local and regional extensive radio and digital advertising

All brands can participate through an integrated mall-wide opportunity and highlight key products or new collections during a heightened sales period. Participating locations will hold a dynamic, on-mall presence with a center court activation area in place, which will be host to all on-site media interviews, photo ops, interactive blogger events, enter-to-win sweepstakes and soft seating areas. The activation area will deliver a consistent feel and approach of amusement, consisting of:

  • On-mall theater and on-site events and entertainment
  • On-mall shopper sweepstakes and weekly promotions to surprise and delight shoppers
  • A large centerpiece crafted by Japanese origami artisans

All participating retailers will be provided window clings for the sale duration & offers will be included on Digital landing pages on Simon.com, Retailer Showcase on Simon.com, E-blasts, Text messaging efforts, Social media channels and strategies and On-mall collateral distributed four weeks during the sale. Other marketing assets will rotate in retailers and may include On-mall product placement within origami activation, a feature in media and press materials, Digital and radio advertising buys and highlights in E-blasts.
