For Premium Outlets, a television commercial/digital video reinforces the fun and value of shopping at Premium Outlets. The comedic celebration highlights the abundance of holiday gift giving made possible by the incredible discounts at Simon Premium Outlets:
Holiday advertising will promote brands in media placements which include Digital (Programmatic and Social), Print, Select OOH, Radio and Television (Premium Outlets only).
Our editorial platform, Simon SAID (said.simon.com), will have feature stories throughout the season tied to the "Give Love" campaign theme. The content will be supported by boosted social promotion on Instagram and Facebook.
Simon centers will host festive holiday events/activities throughout the season. Plans vary be center and may include Santa photo with special Caring Santa and Pet Photo events, Photo Booths, Tree Lightings, Giving Trees and more.
ON-CENTER SERVICES AND AMENITIES
All Simon centers will offer extended holiday shopping hours thoughout the season. Hours will be promoted on-mall and through digital channels. Holiday gift cards will also be offered. Other services/amenities may include: gift wrapping services, valet and more.
Premium Outlets will run a "Give It All" sale during the first three weekends in December. Each weekend the sale will changes themes (Sparkle, Fun, Warmth) with special offers for each of the respective categories. The sale will be supported with programmatic and social advertising, as well as on-mall and digital promotion.
