SAID sat down with celebrity chef Bobby Flay to talk all things burgers at the delicious Bobby's Burger Palace at Roosevelt Field Mall. They received not only a great meal, but the secrets to the ultimate burger.

DESIGN

SIMON x RH MODERN

SAID sat down with Restoration Hardware’s fourth generation rug designer, Ben Soleimani, to talk about the art of rug making and his design process for the RH Modern collection.

BEAUTY

SIMON x ANGELIQUE SERRANO

On a brisk morning in early spring, SAID met with InStyle Magazine's Beauty Director, Angelique Serrano, at her Bronxville, New York apartment, where they were able to catch an exclusive glimpse of the morning routine of a woman who has carved out a career based on all things beauty. In this story, Serrano provides readers with beauty tips and respective products, all of which can be found in Simon malls.

CULTURE

SIMON x FRIEZE

In this story, SAID staff highlights the annual art fair known as Frieze on New York's Randall's Island, which took place the first weekend in the month of May. This large-scale exhibit brought together a huge collection of artwork from some of the most elite galleries around the world. Some of the major spectacles of the show included one-off installations, live performances, and food from some of New York's most favored restaurants. Attendees consisted of a mix of fashion designers, editors, artists-on-the-rise, and a few "weekend warriors" seeking tasteful entertainment. In addition to the on-goings of the event, SAID recaps for its audience some of the best street styles found at Frieze, including some shots that photographer Mark Iantosca captured on the scene.
