Simon (NYSE: SPG), a global leader in premier shopping, dining and entertainment destinations, in partnership with Cassco Development Co., today announced that Louis Vuitton, Burberry and Tiffany & Co., will join The Shops at Clearfork, Fort Worth's newest luxury lifestyle destination, this fall. The 500,000 square foot, open-air center will offer a curated mix of luxury, home furnishing and specialty retailers, entertainment, restaurants and offices.

 

The addition of three such prestigious luxury brands to The Shops at Clearfork exemplifies the impressive retailer line-up and level of shopping that is being delivered to the Fort Worth community. Situated on Gage Avenue and Monahans Avenue, all three brands will be located across from Neiman Marcus.

Additionally, The Shops at Clearfork will be home to 100 luxury, home furnishing and specialty retailers including Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Z Gallerie and Arhaus. A mix of new regional and national restaurants and entertainment options are slated to open beginning in fall of 2017 through 2018, including B&B Butchers & Restaurant, Fixe, Malai Kitchen, Mesero and Luna Grill, and entertainment options AMC Theatres® and Pinstripes.

Houston-based B&B Butchers & Restaurant, will open a second upscale steakhouse and traditional butcher shop specializing in high-quality meats and elevated customer service in Fort Worth. The brainchild of restaurateur, Benjamin Berg, the dual concept is dedicated to serving the finest Texas and Japanese Wagyu beef, as well as in-house dry-aged USDA Prime beef - all hand cut in the butcher shop. With an extensive wine selection and an elegant, yet dynamic dining atmosphere, B&B Butchers & Restaurant’s popularity will certainly follow it to Fort Worth.

Hailing from Austin, Fixe celebrates the soul of the south with Sunday Supper served daily. Bringing to life familiar tastes imagined in progressive ways, Owner and Executive Chef James Robert pays homage to his roots with an eye to tradition and a commitment to quality. Named one the most innovative chefs in Austin by the Huffington Post, Chef Robert’s progressive southern menu puts a playful spin on the dishes that he learned to make at his grandma’s knee in rural Louisiana. The acclaimed Austin outpost will expand its hours in Fort Worth to offer lunch, in addition to a Daily Social happy hour and dinner.

Malai Kitchen is a modern approach to traditionally-inspired Southeast Asian cuisine featuring elevated versions of classics like Tom Kha Ga, Iron Pot Green Curry Chicken and Jungle Curry Hot Pot. Using only lean proteins and offering vegetarian, vegan friendly and gluten free options, its menu caters to the healthy lifestyle Fort Worth diners embrace and is set in an elegant, globally-inspired restaurant.

San Diego-based Luna Grill offers authentic, wholesome fresh-to-order Mediterranean cuisine served table-side in a contemporary, fast-casual setting. Crafted daily and using the freshest produce and finest ingredients, Luna Grill’s menu includes signature kabob plates, gourmet salads, hummus and falafel, wraps, desserts, craft beer and wine.

Mesero is known for elevating the Tex-Mex experience, focusing on incredible ingredients, exceptional service and upscale modern decor. The menu is a creative collection of re-imagined Tex-Mex and Mexican dishes, as well as American classics including slow-roast Brisket and Carne Asada, Chicken Paillard, Ceviche and Cinco Leches that will have locals raving.

Now open, NM Cafe offers a full-service dining experience located on the second floor of Neiman Marcus. In addition to traditions like Neiman Marcus’ famous popovers and strawberry butter, chicken consommé, and the mandarin orange soufflé, the restaurant offers seasonal salads, sandwiches and entrées crafted from artisanal and local ingredients when available. A new full-service bar includes an excellent selection of wine, beer, specialty, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. The NM Cafe is open from 11am – 4pm Monday through Saturday, with Sunday brunch specials from 12pm – 4pm.

Recently announced entertainment venues, Pinstripes and AMC Theatres® will also feature signature dining offerings once open including MacGuffins Bar and Lounge inside AMC. Pinstripes menu will include Italian and American cuisines that use seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients and feature an exceptional wine cellar and rotating menu of craft beers and handcrafted cocktails.
