CHALLENGE

Realizing bricks-and-mortar locations were critical to their future success, Samsung decided to open their first Samsung Experience stores at two iconic Simon locations - Roosevelt Fields in New York and The Galleria in Houston, Texas.

OBJECTIVE

Drive traffic and sales to the new Samsung Experience locations and provide consumers with a truly interactive experience where they could touch, try and buy Samsung products.

SOLUTION

Samsung partnered with Simon to create a 360° store opening marketing strategy that included an on-mall media domination campaign as well as a comprehensive digital strategy and public relations program.

RESULTS

Exceeded sales goals at both locations and earned media coverage in over 40 media outlets including USA Today, Newsday, Chain Store Age, RetailWire, and Long Island Business News.

Swarovski Case Study

CHALLENGE

Swarovski wanted an opportunity to connect with consumers in everyday moments by creating rich mobile content to help shoppers discover and explore.

Provide consumers with a tactical experience to touch, try and buy in order to increase brand awareness and purchase consideration in the crowded holiday landscape.

Simon® partnered with Swarovski to create an interactive pop-up experience amplified with a "Discover Your Sparkle" holiday event at Roosevelt Field.®

Exceeded sales goals and led to a rollout of branded pop-up shops and events in multiple locations for the 2019 holiday season.
